PineappleRealty.com  was established in order to meet the service needs of real estate agents and to provide the most cost effective, comprehensive  support services for real estate agents in the nation. We provide the best broker/agent fee splits and the  most comprehensive agent support and marketing services now being provided anywhere. We enhance agent productivity and the sale of real estate by combining grass roots direct marketing, community involvement, and an integrated web presence. We are a “Next Generation” real estate company. We provide the motivation and tools necessary to make real estate agents successful.  PR is making agents more effective through complete support services, unique results oriented marketing solutions, and motivation. Our marketing for agents has a unique combination of lead generating systems, compound prospecting, and critical mass marketing to drive business, sustain client loyalty and create a sustained referral base. Better support for the agent means better service to the client, and better service to the client produces client loyalty, a referral base and solid growth.

Our focus is underserved residential agents in major metropolitan areas and areas that are growing fast. Quality, service and innovation shall drive our service and marketing efforts.

PR will provide ongoing training and monitoring new agents for six (6) months in order to enhance service and sales.

Financing Services

PR will assist in securing financial services which are crucial to closing real estate transactions. A broker's knowledge, resourcefulness, and creativity in arranging financing that is most favorable to the prospective buyer often mean the difference between success and failure in closing a sale. 

Internet Services/Presence by Agents 

With advances in telecommunications and the ability to retrieve data on properties over the Internet, there is a growing need for the Internet as a data, sales, and marketing tool. PR agents and brokers will be able to use computers to give clients a "virtual" tour of properties in which they are interested, allowing them to look at various types of images of the property, including interior and exterior images and floor plans. Increasing use of electronic information technology may increase the productivity. Agents may use computers and the Internet to show houses to customers without even leaving the office enabling one agent to serve a greater number of customers. 

Properties on the Internet

PR will enhance the sales opportunities of its agents with their own web pages and pages for all the properties that they list. The ability for prospective customers to search for properties that meet their criteria is enhanced by accessing certain real estate sites on the Internet. PR’s web site and agent pages allows the prospective homebuyers the convenience of looking at properties, as well as the ability to find out about issues such as financing, from their own home.

Establishing Target “Farm” Markets 

PR will help the agent determine a market to “farm” where they will concentrate their marketing efforts. These markets may be geographic or vertical markets such as renters who are potential buyer, alliances that can establish a referral base, networking methods or a combination of these potential “farm” markets. PR encourages a focus on markets with a 15% to 20% churn and has proprietary methods for determining churn in specific areas.

Applying Lead Generating Strategies

Pineapple teaches the agents how to employ our strategies to get and keep clients. In addition, PR supports the agents with regular sales meeting and it’s in-house marketing and materials.

  • Golden Pineapple Inner Circle Club – network of past clients and other individuals who send referrals to PR for real estate services.  Every month members receive a mailing including real estate discount coupons, market trend updates, a real estate hotline number to call to ask questions about home, mortgage property taxes, etc., for response from an agent.  Twice annually special events are held such as seminars on important topics,  picnics, movie nights,  golf outings, and other events.

  • Preferred Sellers Program   a comprehensive guide for selling property which includes an Easy Exit Listing Agreement, Seller’s Guarantee, Home Warranty, and free home inspection.  We “dress” all of our listings by providing the services of a professional home interior designer and landscape professional to make suggestions, if needed, to improve the marketability of our listings.
